Re: Hooking 110 power cord to shore power?

Here's what I use when my boat is in the yard: Furrion 15 Amp Male to 30 Amp Female Adapter

My Xantrex Link 2000 charger controller has the capability of limiting the current so I set it to 5 amps so that myself and everyone else on that receptacle don't throw the circuit breaker. I don't know that anything like this is built into the adapter so you need to make sure that you aren't drawing 30 amps over the 15 amp rated extension cord or through the 110 VAC receptacle.
