Any of the 3M boat wax products work well, in my opinion. Do a small area at a time though - they don't respond well to being left on too long.

I've heard some say Tide granules do a good job of cleaning non skid. However, if you go that route be sure you rinse and rewash carefully, otherwise your decks will be very slippery.
