As far as recipes are concerned, with all the slow-cooker cookbooks around,( there must be hundreds), all the slow-cooker recipes are ideal in a pressure cooker. Just remember the safety tips in Cooking Under Pressure and experiment with the timing. As far as bread is concerned, Sailing Dog has aleady said it. I prefer the shortbreads, like cornbread, bisquits and rolls rather than the pan loaf breads.
