She's gorgeous, I can understand the sentiments you have about moving on from projects, but I do suspect it's possible to get that level of involvement, you just need to GO somewhere, not putter back and forth fruitlessly. The kind of dedication and energy it took to get to where you are now makes it pretty obvious to me at least that you need the challenge, whatever form it may come in.
Plot a course that challenges your abilities the way the refit did, and see how you feel afterwards.
I said this in the other thread and I'll say it again, I spent a ridiculous amount rebuilding an old CX500(about 5x what I could sell it for on a great day, more than 10x what I could get for it now). A couple of days travel later I was bored stiff and almost went home. I needed the challenge to be at the same level as that initial level.
