She is in great shape, but missing some key systems. Batteries for example. Who wants to be sailing a 30ft boat at night with a flash lamp for navigation? Or are there oil lamps for that too? How about 12V DC lighting for the interior? VHF, chartplotter, depth sounder, instruments? They all run off batteries. Then there's the engine, and the head. A 2hp engine on a 30ft boat is about as useful as a couple of paddles.

I don't mean to seem harsh as you did a lovely job of restoration, but you did it to your tastes and requirements and those do not mesh well with the needs of most sailboat buyers.

I think she's worth half of your asking price if you put in an electrical system and get a proper outboard (8hp at the very least)
