You're the first person I've heard say it's low quality. Which of it's properties is below par then?

If I want to repair a couple of screw holes, it is much cheaper and more convenient than mixing West Systems epoxy, hardener, filler, and dye.

On the other hand if I was doing a more major repair involving fibreglass I'd mix up some of my West Systems.
