Do you take Saber Tooth through the Erie Canal and down the Hudson River or St Lawarence to Champlain then down the Chaplain Canal?
I would be interested in hearing how you step and transport the mast and how it handles with the mast on deck (if that is what you do) in and around the locks.
We are hoping to take our Sabre to Champlain in about 4-5 years for the season.
Right now we are enjoying the Narragansette and are planning short trips out to the Vineyard and Block Island for now.
