Hope you have a bundle of fun Smack. As others have said once you dump a beach cat it isn't always so easy to right. Get the bow of the amas headed into the wind a bit and get some wind under the sail. Make sure the sheets are released or she will sail away from you. BTDT. 18' Prindle cat in Megans Bay on St. Thomas many years ago.
Best advice: don't dump the boat over but be ready to release the jib once one hull comes out of the water.
