I've used Diversified Marine Services Diving and Marine Contracting to have a diver scrub my boat, but they do lots of other kinds of work, too, and could probably help you with some of your projects. http://www.diversifiedmarineservices.com/

Chesapeake Rigging rebuilt my mast and overhauled my rigging and hydraulic system, and I was quite happy with their work. They could certainly install your wind instruments atop your mast for you, I'm sure. http://www.chesapeakerigging.com/main.html

Both Diversified Marine and Chesapeake Rigging are independent contractors located at or adjacent to Bert Jabin's Yacht Yard. http://www.bjyy.com/

John Clarke at Steve's Yacht Repair/Annapolis Harbor Boatyard is supposed to be pretty good. I've not done business with him, but did talk to him when I was boat shopping as he owns a sistership to what I purchased. http://www.annapolisharbor.com/

Family members have used John White at Whitehall Yacht Yard to help with maintaining their boats. http://www.dnr.state.md.us/boating/c...whitehall.html
