I've used Diversified Marine Services Diving and Marine Contracting to have a diver scrub my boat, but they do lots of other kinds of work, too, and could probably help you with some of your projects.

Chesapeake Rigging rebuilt my mast and overhauled my rigging and hydraulic system, and I was quite happy with their work. They could certainly install your wind instruments atop your mast for you, I'm sure.

Both Diversified Marine and Chesapeake Rigging are independent contractors located at or adjacent to Bert Jabin's Yacht Yard.

John Clarke at Steve's Yacht Repair/Annapolis Harbor Boatyard is supposed to be pretty good. I've not done business with him, but did talk to him when I was boat shopping as he owns a sistership to what I purchased.

Family members have used John White at Whitehall Yacht Yard to help with maintaining their boats.
