I agree. Bought some at the Boat Show over a year ago, and have refinished two cabin soles (teak and holly). Working slowly on rest of boat.

By the way, as a test I put some on a few pieces of teak trim in the cabin. Nine months later it looks great.

Goes on very easily, high gloss, non-skid when wet.
