I could
repair it, and I believe it is still solid enough to be worth doing, only because I can do most all myself. Very hard to resist, but .....
Here a a few more pictures that are a bit of a kick in the arse reality.
Someone put plywood water diverters along the cockpit which have now disintigt=rated, along with all, ALL, of the wood.

hatch was left open as was the through deck mast hole and other things. Disaster! Again, so sad that someone walked from this.
Deck was painted at one time this brown. Not sure there is a boom anywhere and I doubt a single sail, let alone a decent one.
