A Harbor 20 would be a good place to learn single handing - there is a small fleet at Coronado Cays. You won't be weekending on a Harbor 20, but you will learn how to sail and sail well.

Aussie on his Schock Harbor 20 - he says he single hands up to 20-25 kts.
