I actually had an issue with a car accident where a guy would not call the insurance company back. He was clearly at fault, but they would not pay up till they heard his side. He lived at home with his mother and was dodging both my calls and from the insurance companies calls. I finally spoke to his mother and explained that we would have to put out a summons for his appearance in court if he did not return the calls. I heard from his insurance company the next day.
I think I scared his mother.
