That would pretty be much an oxymoron. Several in the BVI's, but you need to haul out & that's not completely secure either.
There are no more "safe" hurricane holes in the Caribbean, either.
There are lots of great holes that quickly become filled up with so many boats (yachts, tugs, barges, small inter-island freighters, etc., that I feel my boat is safer at sea than as a target for the idiots who do not know how to
anchor a boat in 100+ knot winds.
After over 50 tropical cyclones I'm pretty tired of the darned things anyway, so we're in Grenada for the season.
