i purchased a boat on the hard at HHN. They have some great tradesmen on site, an open yard and let you work on your boat. The West store is well stocked and the staff was above average. I did not look at dockage rates. The draft of your boat could be an issue.
One option is to look at West River Sailing Assocation. It is a condo marina, and individual slip owners set their own rental rates.
