New to CS30

Hi I'm new to this Forum. Sold my 37' Looking at a couple of CS30's shoal draft. What should I look for? We have cruised extensivly to the Caraibbean, Bahamas Florida on our 37 but want to do some land exploring and the oppertunity presented it self this year with the sale of our Lady Simcoe. I will probably do some club racing and maybe another trip or 2 to Georgian Bay. Have looked at a couple they look solid but what do you really look for? I have talked to a few oeners asking what do you dislike about the boat? Have found out the PHRF ratings seems a huge gap between NFS and FS bit puzzling. Is it true that they don't point very well? Have raced against a wingkeel version they seem to be on par or a bit quicker than a CC27 about the same as a CC30. Leaning towards the shoal version apposed to the wing keel. Any opinions would be appreciated.
Thanks
