Sorry Broken,

That's Atlantic Highlands. Hump of raised land right before Sandy Hook. You have to go around the hook to get to it. Has a nice breakwater and moorings. High speed ferry for lower Manhattan, yacht club transient moorings, and a place to anchor. There is also Horse Gcove to anchor in aroung the Hook, but you have to watch out for fish traps. Not a real safe place to go in after dark..

This AM we left at 6 AM and looked or Tempest to wake him up. Thought we saw him moored by the breakwater.
