It looks like it has one electrical stuffing tube and next to it is a pressure fitting for a
line (square head with pipe thread). A burner cover from a boiler? Access to the supercharger on a big diesel? Access to the tubes on a heat exchanger?
Just SWAGs. Somebody on here will know.
