Huh! I can answer my own question. I went to the NOAA onsite chart plotter and, indeed, the LH is listed as 'Army Tower' with Fl 4s-3s. That is great!
I also learned from this that the chart on ActiveCaptain is NOT current! I had kind of thought that they had a way of automatically linking to the current maps but that this clearly not the case. So do NOT use AC maps for navigation!
