Re: Cruising in a Hunter?

The canal is very expensive and I would not trust a hunter for such a trip. Hunters are not what I would consider a blue water boat. Also I would not do such a trip in any boat with out professional/(very)offshore experienced crew and at 150-400 per day per crew member, that would add up very very quickly. Unless you have some friends that know what they are doing and want to get away for a few months. Theoretically you can do it alone but it is exhausting on a trip that long. Only sleeping 10=15 min at a time will wear you down very quickly.
