If it weren't for people too cheap to tip, tipping wouldn't work. For those that argue against it, keep it up.

p.s. the best tippers are typically those that have made a living on tips (waiters and bartenders themselves). The worst are those that have zero pay grade difference based on competence or effort (teachers and municipal employees). No offense intended toward the exceptions to the rule.
