I'd also like to add that I don't encourage marinas to become homeless camps. There are few enough spaces available ideally they should go to people that want a boat to sail as well as live on(or just sail) and not a bunch of people squatting in delapidated boats.

I'm just saying it can be cheaper, but not that it's a homeless camp. They should be nice places or people that love the sea and sailing
