Theres a guy in our marina on a Bayliner 27 power boat. Seems to have lots of room. I have never been onboard but chatting with him at the dock and looking inside it seems spacious and has standing room.

As far as living at anchor...sure! Get plenty of solar and a good dingy....and good ground tackle! Since you plan to dinghy in and out, water and supplies should be able to be had when needed.

Seems like quite a nice plan!
