It is really not that difficult. Why don't you do it yourself? You will spend a couple of hours, under $150 in materials, and get to know your engine systems better. (Plus, if you are a reasonably intelligent person you will probably do a better and more careful job than a yard hand.)
Some of the tasks would have been easier to complete while she was still in the water and you could still run the engine easily. You just need to hook-up water for your cooling intake.
