looking for affordable bluewater boat halp jeff h

I am looking for a boat for high lattitude cruising that is somewhat affordable. i would like t pay under 35 000 for the boat itself and its ok if it doesnt have extras like a chartplotter radar bimini etc as i own many of thise things already and am mostly interested in getting a strong boat to handle the conditions. i have cruised in the tradewinds extensively with my alberg 30 but i sold it because i didnt think it was adequate for the much worse weather experienced at high lattitudes. The boats ive been looking at are:

Halberg rassy monsun 31, rawson 30, nicholson 31, contessa 32, oldenburger 28 (steel), pacific seacraft orion, elizabethan 31, and the bristol 29

If there are any others i should consider please let me know. the lower the price of the boat the better as it uts more money in the pocket for emergency repairs

also i am located in florida but i am not picky about boat location
