Rust never sleeps, and this boat apparently started rusting in 1968. Steel boats are usually larger than this. In such a small boat, the weight of the structure can lower the ballast/displacement ratio a good bit. This can lead to a boat that tends to roll and pitch more than others with higher ratios might.
