Is this a nut and bolt combination, bolts through deck with nuts, etc, underneath? I'm assuming you don't have bolts (machine screws) threaded into the mast itself. If the materials are alike (e.g. all 304 SS), then Loctite blue should hold everything snug. You also have to make sure that the blocks themselves aren't torquing against the fastener, slowly unscrewing the connection.
