I had the same issue with my C&C 30 MK1. I ended up replacing the entire cabin sole since it was mostly rotted. I bought T&H plywood from Exotic Lumber and used the old sole as template. I opted not to
varnish it and instead put on tung oil. Looks great and not slippery when wet.
