Welcome to the free market economy. There's a limited supply, so the folks who own it are charging everything they can get. Kinda like the airlines. Thank god I never have to tie up in marinas. If I won millions in the lottery, I wouldnt tie up in marinas and pay someone to tell me how to run my life.
