Recommend a Dinghy for Cruising Caribbean

I'm getting all my gear together to sail locally is S. FL and later down the Caribbean chain.

I looked at a lot of different dinghy's here at SNet and othe places. Since, I have never had or talked to anyone.. I have No idea what to buy. Id like to buy used too, but again, just don't know what would serve me best.

Some of my (known) requirements;

Light enough, that a 64 YO can handle it.

Planning on leaving the dinghy on lift, unless someone tells me that's wrong.

I'm sailing single handed, perhaps 3 people will be on board but rarely.

The Dinghy may be used as a survival dinghy and will need a cover; will drive the price up $$$ quite a bit, I leave that option open for a used dink.

Needs lifting eyes to lift from water.

Will take 10 HP outboard, or a little less HP rating.

Thanks in Advance,

Avery (HighFlt27)
