Jon.. we looked at one in Seattle on our last boat hunt. They are a Dutch built boat with a pretty good reputation, often lots of teak on deck and, as you mentioned, the typical IOR form of the era.
Very woody interior (quite dark, actually) and a really miniscule galley took it off our list. It was a pretty boat, but not roomy. We also had concerns about the 'screwed on' teak decks.
We did not get an opportunity to sail it.
