What time of year are you going? This site will give you some restaurant information. Some are closed off-season or have extremely limited hours. Rock Hall Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay

The harbor wall that was recommended is an option but you don't want to be on it during a storm with west winds as you tie up to concrete. Should a storm be forecast, you could head into Swan Creek to anchor for the night. It isn't that far.

Rock Hall does not have a water taxi.
