At 3700# displacement; should be no trouble to find an axle set to deal w/the load. I'd go 6k#gross.... more or less. You'll need supports at third points (minimum); making the frame near to 8'. An 8' tongue will get you to the prow. Longer would be better
Add tongue braces, a hitch assembly,
winch and a set of
lights/bar to clamp to the stern and yer set.
It's awful close ta over-wide ta begin with; so I'd make sure there's no excess past the hull
line. Looks like yer gonna need near 3 feet clearance for the fin keel.
