It all depends on what your contract says. Virtually all of them have disclaimers relieving them from liability. You'd better check your contract carefully, because many of them also have wording assigning liability to you for damage your boat causes to the marina. In other words, if you boat was pushed into their sales office and destroyed it, they could come after you for the damage. But that's what insurance is for, assuming you have it.
