looks like you have the shrouds way outboard as well as the baby stays on the cabin top. the genoa car is for the genoa or working jib and the outboard blocks are for reaching. Sailed on one when I was a kid and we had the narrow rig with all shrouds on the side of the cabin. seems Piver could not decide which was best or how many shrouds the boat needed. I have never sailed on a boat since that had as many shrouds as the Piver
