I find most sailors like other outdoorsman are always conscious of the environment, but there are so many others that aren’t. The issue is would you say something to those that aren’t. If I see them dumping in the water or the woods I call them on it. Some go back and scoop up their trash other give me the bird and speed off. But we all have to at least try.
