If you look at CS 36 and CS 33 you'll get a good feel for the size difference. 33 followed 36 and everything is just a bit smaller - head compartment, forward access, galley (doors, drawers). Almost all 33's were built with aft facing chart table instead of quarter berth (it was smaller too). The Buhk diesel on 33 was shoe horned in and not so easy to service. Similar difference comparing C&C 32 to C&C 35, there is a world of difference after you spend some time aboard. I worked at CS and serviced at C&C, they are both well built, good consistency and QC, same with Hinterhoeller built Niagaras and Nonsuch, but the the Niagaras have a history of deck delamination in the earlier models.
