Recessed Nautilus Mats are Inlaid Mats | American Floor Mats in my cockpit. This is not the actual product, but similar.
The stuff I have is white and cut from a large commercial kitchen/walk-in flooring tile.
It's nearly indestructible, drains, and won't slide around if sized properly.
