I doubt that you'll notice anything significant on an Ontario 32..

I checked out the few in YW.. they all have fixed tables and heaters on the bulkhead where a table would have to go. Interestingly this one:

has the table mounted considerably more off center to port than the other two. Maybe an alternate solution? Often there's a problem with a folding bulkhead table making it long enough, or stable enough if you make it multi-fold.
