Glad I could help. If you draw a Line 180 deg. due south from the west point of Cuba. You are out of the Gulf stream, shipping lane's, and in the Trades. It's a beam reach for 2 day's and your parrellel with the south end of the Barrier Reef. Then you run straight down wind to it and clear in at P.G. or Placencia, you can slowly cut that line so you are abotu 60 mile out from the reef when you make that turn. I cleard at Placenia once but I had to pay more to bring the customs agent over from the litle air port across the bay. It's a fun trip to make, short and sweet, with a lot of adventure and reward's, what with the view of the Cuban mountains. the reach down the West Caribbean, the run toward the southern Belizean jungle, and ending in Placencia's protected anchorage.
