Until recently I had not given CB's much consideration but I have a standing offer to rent private dock space. The location and $$ for this particular dock space is worth considering in the decision and process of buying a boat. The problem is that deep water is limited so I thought a CB would be the way to go. From what I've been reading CB's are not the enormous compromise I thought they would be but my knowledge on specifics is limited.

Any centerboard models that stand out as particularly well made, functioning and performing?
