IMHO, sailing it down and around is just not an option. You'd need a RELIABLE engine.

Andreas, I don't mean to kill your deal.

Shipping it should not cost more than 7k or so, put another 20k into a new engine and 10k or so into a refit of the rest of the damage and you have a boat worth maybe 25k, with 37k into it, plus sweat blood and tears.

Sometimes boats and money just don't make sense but look at it with open eyes.

Lessons learned are opportunities earned.
