Nice job David! Put some Tef-Gel on those threads so they don't react with the SS/Alum ( I know you know that, but for the benefit of others).
Did you have your spreader tips covered with those vinyl covers and wrapped in tape? I have been told that will hold salt moisture and cause corrosion at that point. Yours look in great shape. I actually used Rescue Tape on the vinyl covers to hold them on. Works well.
