Thanks for the info. I'm really looking forward to your pictures. We are waiting for the fixes to be done by the owner (the survey showed a little delamination in the bow, so that has to be taken care of first. That means I don't have access to the boat for at least another 3-4 weeks. UGH. But at least I can learn things while I'm waiting.

I agree, velcro sounds like a good way to go...easy to take off, too, if the cushions need re-stuffing.

Thats a good idea with cleaning the existing foam. Thanks for that excellent tip.
