[T34C]

The Tartan 34 C draws just 3' 11" board-up / 8' 2" down. Many owners don't bother with the board much. Some have take the board out for repair and gone a couple season before reinstalling. I find it does help the overall balance of the helm and some increase in pointing ability. Would seem a good boat to consider with the intended use you briefly mentioned. A well cared for 34C can be found for $20-28k.
