Your request for a specific price is tough. Halifax Harbor is huge. Then there is the NW spur. You might pay $3 per foot Canadian at a high end marina, $1 per foot at a low end marina, find a free day dock and anchor overnight for free. I remember St. Johns being more expensive than I expected given the total lack of services at the dock - I think maybe $1.00 per foot per night. As pointed out there are lots of places where you can hang for free.
