Bayfield 32
Hunter 356
Bayfield is a cutter, full keel, shoal draft 70s design.. cute and has character fairly roomy for her size and time, and should go for a fraction of your budget. Prices ranging $25-45K
The Hunter 356 is a design from 2000, fin/wing keel, spade rudder, backstayless B&R
rig, more modern design, SHOULD be faster, will be more expensive but prices seem to range $90 - 110K
With realistically 120K to spend you can do MUCH better than either of these two.. which, it should be plain to see now are very different boats. Not as 'different' as the Melges 32 and a Westsail 32, but pretty close
