Xymo - if you are talking about those pimpin' underwater lights that are being used on big power cruisers and sport fishers I recommend you screw them directly to the hull with no gasket or spacer between the metals - this will ensure a good ground for the electricals. You also don't need to do anything special with the wire connections - they are UNDERWATER lights after all so that's all been taken care of by the manufacturer.

I, myself, personally intend to continue being outspoken and opinionated, intolerant of all fanatics, fools and ignoramuses, deeply suspicious of all those who have "found the answer" and on my bad days, downright rude.
