i dont know the author, but it applies to most anything.
Henry Ford put it more succinctly;

Think you can or think you can't - either way you will be right.

I, myself, personally intend to continue being outspoken and opinionated, intolerant of all fanatics, fools and ignoramuses, deeply suspicious of all those who have "found the answer" and on my bad days, downright rude.
