Re: Why all the fuss about mcgregor 26's

there's nothing wrong with macgregor boats. except people who spent way more money, then never sail their boat's hate em. most boat's in the 70's and 80's were OVER BUILT fiberglass wise. macgregor builds theres light for trailering; and the M sails like the dickens!! enjoy your boat and have fact, im norwegian, i owned my first boat when i was 8 years old. i fished in the bering sea, russia, all over the world have i been on boat's...norway, puget sound, gulf islands, san juan islands, inside passage to ak more times than i could count, pacific and atlantic ocean, st johns river, heck i've even sailed in the middle of the desert at lk meade and pyramid lk nevada!! to name a few...i don't care if a guy sails his bathtub out long as he's having heck with what other people think....roger macgregor has sold more boat's than any other boat in the world.
for a first boat, or a last take her out and sail her!!
